POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
Day Porter Duties:
Day Porter Duties:
- Perform Major Cleaning Tasks Such As Vacuuming. (using a 25lb. vacuum daily)
- Wet Mopping.
- Sweeping.
- Dusting.
- Emptying Trash. (lifting wastepaper and debris-minimum of 55 lbs.)
- Cleaning and Disinfecting Drinking Fountains.
- Clean Restrooms, including Floors and all Fixtures (i.e.: Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Mirrors, Partitions, and Counters).
- Ensure Restrooms are Clean and Disinfected.
- Wash Windows and Sill (Door Glass).
- Filling Dispensers.
- Stocking Supplies in restrooms.
- Must be able to Walk Up and Downstairs frequently, as well as Regular Bending and Standing as needed in a daily shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to Perform Essential Functions.
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective Interpersonal/Communication skills.
- Effective Grooming Skills.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds to shoulder height occasionally.
- Ability to push/ pull a minimum of 20 pounds frequently.
- Able to Operate Email and Computer.
- Download and Operate App. For Clock In/Out Procedures.
