DLP Services is currently accepting applications for the position of:

POSITION TITLE: STAFFING MANAGER Location: San Antonio, TX
FLSA: Exempt | Hire Pay: $50k -55k annually | Classification: Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Staffing Manager will oversee the administrative functions necessary to ensure an adequate supply of applicants, employees, and candidates to meet the needs of client companies. Recruit, hire, develop, and supervise all internal office personnel consistent with company policies and procedures to ensure that office objectives are met. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

Communicates and administers all company policies, procedures, and programs.
Guides and develops internal staff, and aid in the promotion and succession planning process.
Meets with client owners, managers, and department heads to solve problems, ascertain specific needs, and determine essential job function requirements.
Communicates client assignment details to internal staff.
With assistance from Human Resources, aids in the investigation of allegations of harassment and misconduct recommends appropriate action and ensures non-retaliation.
Ensures a professional office appearance and the safety of all employees, applicants, and visitors.
Ensures the continuous operation of office equipment.

SALES AND MARKETING DUTIES:

Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share about pre-set objectives.
Establishes sales goals to ensure maximum market share.
Organizes and conducts all marketing and sales endeavors within the Franchise territory. Determines new sales opportunities by monitoring new business start-ups, move-ins, and expansions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive information and function well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Basic computer skills, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
Receives supervision from the Director of HR. The position has formal assigned supervisory responsibility and authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor environment, with high equipment noise.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing. DLP SERVICES has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing
Bilingual
Must pass a background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C
